Your privacy is important to us.  Other than for contribution posting purposes, your personal information will not be shared with anyone.  Our online giving software is provided by Easy Tithe™ who conforms to the highest set of security standards in the payment card industry.  No account managers, end users or Easy Tithe™  employees will have access to sensitive information that might lead to unauthorized transactions.  Easy Tithe™  also maintains the certification of “McAfee® Secure” for intrusion detection and uses 128 Bit SSL encryption technology which is the strongest form of protection available.

Refund Policy:

It is very important to Shelter Cove Community Church that you are satisfied with our online payment process.  If the online transaction was for the payment of goods or services of which you are unsatisfied, we will be happy to issue a refund for the cost of the goods or services less any shipping expense.  If you have any questions regarding any online transaction, please call the Shelter Cove accounting department at (209)567-3200.
